Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jil58", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the jil58 online gaming platform accessible at jil58.cam, operating under PAGCOR authorization within the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the jil58 website, including all games, sports betting interfaces, payment processing pages, account management features, and any related digital services made available through jil58.cam.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or makes use of any feature of the jil58 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jil58 Platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal jil58 account balance, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), from which a Player funds wagers and to which winnings are credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to a Player by jil58 that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn as real currency.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that oversees and licenses online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification and source-of-funds checks mandated by PAGCOR and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations in the Philippines.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jil58 Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the jil58 Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jil58 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

jil58 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on jil58, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of jil58 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment service partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the jil58 Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or through enforcement action by jil58 or PAGCOR.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are under an ongoing obligation to update your Account details promptly whenever any registered information changes. jil58 bears no responsibility for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jil58 Account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jil58 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Your Security Obligations

• You must not share your jil58 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must ensure that you fully log out of your Account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify jil58 support immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorized access to your Account.
• You must not use automated login tools, bots, or any software that simulates human interaction with the jil58 Platform.

jil58 will never ask for your full password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from jil58 that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jil58 support immediately.

Upon receiving notice of suspected unauthorized access, jil58 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the affected Account pending investigation. During the investigation period, jil58 may require you to complete additional identity verification before reinstating full access.

KYC & Verification

jil58 is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all registered players before permitting real-money transactions. By registering an Account, you consent to the KYC verification process and undertake to provide accurate, authentic documentation when requested.

Documents jil58 May Request

• Proof of Identity: Any valid Philippine government-issued photo ID including PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document showing your current residential address in the Philippines.
• Source of Funds: Bank statements, employment records, or other documentation substantiating the origin of funds deposited to jil58, which may be required for large or unusual transactions.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the GCash account, PayMaya account, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your own name and matches your jil58 Account details.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by jil58 may result in restriction of Account functionality, suspension of withdrawal processing, or Account closure. jil58 will not process withdrawal requests to any payment method that has not been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jil58 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jil58 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment channels published on the Platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, subject to availability.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on jil58 is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits are typically credited to your jil58 Wallet within 3 minutes of successful payment confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. jil58 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• jil58 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• jil58 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to their source if KYC verification is incomplete or if the deposit triggers anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount on jil58 is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder — jil58 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is under 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya transfers during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• jil58 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are completed will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.

Game Rules & Fairness

Each game available on the jil58 Platform is governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between those individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on jil58 are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles on the Platform.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game apparatus — cards, roulette wheels, or dice — operated by trained dealers in licensed studio facilities. All live sessions are recorded.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, jil58's system will complete the game round in accordance with the pre-established rules of that game. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on jil58's part, the wager for that round will be refunded.
• jil58 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, system malfunction, or configuration error. Players will be notified of any such voidance and the affected wager will be refunded.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds confirmed at bet placement are the final odds applicable to that wager regardless of subsequent market movements, unless the bet is subject to in-play amendment under specific live betting rules.

Bonuses & Promotions

jil58 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section, together with any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by jil58 carry a minimum wagering requirement before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on jil58 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages by game category are published in individual promotion terms. Generally, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry date from the time they are credited to your Account. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered through the required amount by the expiry date will be removed from your Account automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Some bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Where such a limit applies, it is stated explicitly in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Welcome bonuses and other one-time promotions are limited to one per person, household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Abuse: jil58 reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reclaim any bonus in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of wagering patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms, or collusion between players.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil58 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the jil58 Platform, including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or participating in games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game, including live dealer games, poker, or sports betting, to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips or game credits to another player in order to transfer funds between accounts — in any game on the Platform.
• Using the jil58 Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime as defined under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act and the Cybercrime Prevention Act.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or unintended game behaviors to accumulate winnings beyond what would result from normal gameplay.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with jil58 support.
• Accessing the Platform while physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the jil58 Platform.

Responsible Gaming

jil58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and complying with all PAGCOR requirements relating to player protection. jil58 provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity, accessible through the Account settings section of the Platform.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until a cooling-off period of 24 hours has elapsed. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable on-screen notifications at set intervals to alert them to the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of 1 day to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed for gaming or wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from jil58. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jil58 Platform — including but not limited to the jil58 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jil58 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Your use of the jil58 Platform does not grant you any right, title, or license in or to any jil58 intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the jil58 Platform without prior written authorization from jil58.

Individual games available on jil58 are the intellectual property of their respective game providers. All rights in those games are reserved by their respective owners. jil58 licenses those games for use on the Platform but does not own them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil58's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or in connection with your use of the jil58 Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your jil58 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jil58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if jil58 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jil58 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, regulatory requirements, or events beyond jil58's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. jil58 shall not be liable for losses arising from any such unavailability.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. You may close your jil58 Account by contacting customer support and requesting Account closure. Upon closure, any cleared real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jil58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• You have materially breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• jil58 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with your Account.
• You have provided false or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are found to hold more than one Account on the jil58 Platform.
• PAGCOR or another regulatory or law enforcement authority directs jil58 to terminate your Account.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose jil58 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, jil58 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in your Account, including real-money deposits and winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jil58 will provide reasons for Account termination to the extent permitted by its legal and regulatory obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to submit disputes first to jil58's internal complaints procedure by contacting jil58 support. jil58 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

In the event that an internal resolution cannot be reached, players who are registered and verified as Philippine residents may escalate complaints to PAGCOR's player protection division in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

jil58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to the jil58 Platform's features or services, adjustments to payment processing procedures, or any other operational requirement as determined by jil58.

When material amendments are made to these Terms, jil58 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and will prominently display a notice on the Platform for a minimum period of 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the jil58 Platform following the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact jil58 support to close your Account.
